Communications is key throughout a transaction, and I will keep you informed every step of the way. There are many different aspects, and parties, involved in every transaction including Title, Lenders, Inspectors, and more and I will remain in touch with all of them to ensure a coordinated and timely closing.

I constantly study market conditions and research current trends. I use all the tools available to get the best price for you. When I am not busy with a client, I am taking classes to expand my knowledge in every aspect of real estate including, health and home issues, negotiating, presentations, and financing options.
With the ability to work with all different kinds of people, I am a dedicated and driven Realtor with RE/MAX Equity Group licensed in Oregon and Washington serving the Portland Metro area. Since I started in real estate I quickly developed a reputation as one of the hardest working real estate agents in Portland. My ultimate goal is to build trust through consistent service, communications and expert service. I specialize in people, knowing each client is different from the last with their own special needs and desires. It doesn't matter if this is your first real estate experience or you are a knowledgeable investor, I am wholly dedicated to my clients and treat them all with the respect they deserve when making such an important investment decision in their lives. I have respect and experience that go beyond my clients and to all parties involved in a transaction, which results in a smooth and relaxing experience. I am committed to staying up-to-date in both market conditions and ever changing knowledge necessary to provide my clients with all the information for a smart real estate decision.
My favorite part of being a real estate agent is facing the challenge that each client and transaction include, because it allows me to use my training and experience in sales and negotiations. Mostly it is a happy client that really gives me a tremendous satisfaction.

Despite my busy real estate career I make time to be involved with the community and charitable organizations. I voluntarily raise funds for multiple charities, build and supports my "friends and family" team for the past 6 years for a local race supporting Breast Cancer research and support. In my spare time I love to read and expand my knowledge in real estate, sales, networking and positive thinking. I also enjoy time with my family and dog, being outdoors, and traveling.
Raised in Lake Oswego and traveled all around the US and Asia, I have settled back in Oregon in 1998 with my love for the Northwest.
