I have several different specialties that complement each other. When I first began in the business, my focus was working with sellers in almost every type of home. Buyers made up about thirty percent of my business at that time. However, over the years, I have equally split my focus on both buyers and sellers. One thing that stands out best for my buyers is my knack of finding a great buy in relation to value. I have several investors I have had the privilege of working with on foreclosures, short sales, and auctions. Working beside the investors and then helping them to turn their purchases into sales gave me a huge advantage in the market. I have been able to help both my buyers and sellers tremendously because of this. I can spot a deal a mile away for my buyers or help my sellers to maximize the amount they will get for their home. I have sold a variety of properties including waterfront properties, condos, starter homes, traditional homes, new construction, acreage, and mobile homes in both Escambia and Santa Rosa County. I work with every customer, as needed, regardless of price, area, and type of home. Every customer is important to me and I will make sure that you feel that way!
