I'm proud to say that since entering real estate in 2006, I have consistently been a top producer, even winning national and international awards; a huge feat being that I'm selling real estate in a town with a population under 10,000.
Residential home selling is my specialty. As you can see from my website, I LOVE photography and video. I also love helping clients stage and get their homes ready for the market. I have a very strong technological background and the work I have done in the art and photography industry has given me an eye for detail and strong sense of design, aesthetics and the importance of presentation.
I am an expert in the Silver City real estate market. I pride myself on problem solving: whether it's figuring out why a home is not selling, or figuring out how to get through the hurdles that bank puts up. I'm an expert negotiator, more than not, winning when it comes to multiple bids. And, I have an almost perfect record of getting transactions closed once we have a contract.
