Every path has a puddle

Photo courtesy of eftelibraEvery path had a puddle, so ask yourself this, do you plan to go around it, jump over it or do you plan to step right in it and let it slow you down?

Life is a path and if you choose to stay dry, then you need to look for the puddles ahead and take the steps to avoid them. I hate to watch those who are on a path to greatness get stuck in those puddles along the way and then stand there and complain instead of moving on.

It is your decision. Will you view it as a puddle, like it really is, or view it as a large lake that you can't get around?

Todd,

I can remember getting into trouble as a kid for playing in the puddles as a kid so I think that I am going to shy away form the puddles.

Todd - I feel like 2008 was a year when I was over my head in a puddle, but I have decided to go around the puddles this year and let someone else do the splashing.

I'm remembering when my kids were little- they would go 10 feet out of their way to splat in a puddle. That can be fun, too, seeing puddles as opportunities. But you're right about not getting bogged down.

No puddle slumping.  Puddle jumping.  Let's get in and play!  I go full throttle all the time.  My broker puts the brakes on from time to time!
