When Now Is The Time For You To Improve?

Those under the age of (shall we say) 50 may feel they are going to live forever.

I know I thought that way.

Then some years later, I realized, I have lived over half of my life.

Yes, I have lived over one half of my life here on earth.

Sometimes there is that slight attempt in my thought process, to realize, I wish when I was 25 or 45 years of age I would have recognized, do now, and plan now for what I want to see, how I want things to be, when I am 50 or 80 years of age.

It seems most people think, and live their lives, quite like how I have been doing.

What is exciting about all of this, you can begin now, if you are at an older age, to accomplish things you wish you would have when you were 35 years of age, if you have not already.

You may not be able to do 30 pushups, or run a mile in five minutes, but if you have a clear mind, and can think, and can dream, and can set goals, and can read, and can help others, you are not a duplicate of the average.

Why not write a list of goals out right? Write out 25 to 50 right now.

Things you want to accomplish, do or have, this Friday, this month, next month in 90 days, six months, a year, three years and five years.

Turn your cell phone off or put it in the trunk of your car out in the garage and write until you have a minimum of 25.

Now read the list daily, and when you can add to it.

I did this last week.

It is interesting, how I have missed a couple of days reading it.

It is also exciting and uplifting when I do read the list, how I feel so much better, about myself.
