Neil Leier's catch on Friday has me thinking that maybe holding a fishing pole in my hands again might be pretty good.
Neil caught himself a 15 lb 13 oz walleye, the biggest ever caught in the State of North Dakota. The old record stood from all the way back to 1959.
I grew up (on weekends) in the lakes area of Minnesota on a great fishing lake, Rose Lake, near Vergas MN. If you didn't have your limit on fish in an hour on Rose Lake you evidently didn't have your line in the water. I couldn't adjust to North Dakota fishing where my best friends said they were just reeling in the fish when they caught 2 an hour so I quit fishing. Neil now has me fired up to get out there and catch myself a fish diner.
If you are looking for a great guide to help you find a home in Minot North Dakota I hope you will give me a call. I know what a "keeper" is and I know what you want to throw back. Let Bob be your home fishing guide today.
