The Holiday Weekend is coming, why you should be house shopping.

Yes the holiday weekend is closing fast.

It is a big travel weekend.

But, if you are going to buy a home, you  should be looking at homes and not out partying.

WHY?  You ask.

Many reasons, but a couple to think about.

1.  There are not many houses for sale in some areas and you need to be the first ones in if possible.

2.  Because, many people are not thinking right and will be out playing.  That will mean less competition for the

home you may find.

It is up to you, but what is really more important?

Morning again William.

House hunting never takes a holiday, or a day off.  Buy now, before the interest rates go higher.

It is hard for me to believe that the official holiday weekend starting summer is next weekend. What happened to spring?
