Peachtree Lofts Midtown Atlanta Condos: Peachtree Lofts is an 8-story mid-rise loft community located on Peachtree Street between 7th and 8th Street along Atlanta’s Midtown Mile. Originally built in 1951 as an office building, it was the location for the Department of Agriculture as well as the Center for Disease Control (CDC). This Bauhaus style building was converted to loft apartments in 1995 and was later sold as individual lofts in 1999.
Peachtree Lofts offers studio, one, and two bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 1,000 square feet up to 1,700 square feet. Due to the conversion, the floor plans vary and offer you multiple options. These loft homes offer hardwood or sealed concrete floors, exposed ductwork, urban designer kitchens, and large windows with great views.
