REALTORS® in our Aurora Association of REALTORS® worked diligently in 2017, and all applications were received by end of January. The committee met early February and reviewed all applications to ensure all requirements were met.
Always nice to see new members in the Masters Club!
In order to achieve this honor, a member had to attain these requirements -
1. $4 million in sales and at least 12 closed transactions
2. A total of 60 points for Education. This includes designations, college degrees & licenses and classes attended in one year.
3. A total of 50 points for Service. This includes organizations affiliated with, service clubs/Charitable Organization, and participating (or chairing) committees locally, state level or national level, and attendance at Aurora Association of REALTORS® events and Friday morning marketing meetings.
Out of over 800 REALTORS®, we only had 14 achieve this goal for 2017.
