A Challenge Idea: Those Magical Moments of Synchronicity!

Have you ever had a transaction that was magical?  We are not referring to woo-woo stuff here.  We are referring to those moments when every aspect of a transaction was smooth and glitch free We refer to that as magical moments of synchronicity.  Everything aligned perfectly.

 

In our commercial real estate practice we had many of those both in sales and in leasing.  In one instance, we had a furniture designer client ready to open a store on Melrose near the Pacific Design Center (pictured above).  This was one of the areas we specialized in. 

 

 At first glance there were no vacancies on the street. However, we knew of a gentleman who had a very large space who was entertaining the idea of downsizing.  Ron and I met with him, and he agreed that it was time.  

 

As we walked out of his store, there was our client walking to the Design Center.  We escorted him into the store.  A deal was struck in a half hour. The papers were drawn that afternoon by the attorney and delivered. Subsequently changes were made and agreed upon immediately.  Everyone signed the requisite papers and the tenant moved in the next day.  And we received a huge bouquet of Asiatic lilies from the storeowner with a beautiful Thank You note.

 

It has been our experience that these magical moments are worthy of focus and appreciation.  The more you focus on the best, the more you attract those magical moments, where everything aligns perfectly.  The less you dwell on the negative drivel, the less you will encounter it.

 

Today in our consulting practice, we have had many of these magical moments of synchronicity, and we keep appreciating every moment and every person who has come into our lives this way.  As a result, we continue working with great clients, and those magical moments keep multiplying.

Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD as far as I am concerned this is the formula for a charmed life...I would love to read all the wonderful results people had.  When we live in Napa, we had a wonderful client who ran a janitorial company.  Every time, we would head for their home for a meeting, we would ooh and aah over how wonderful they were as people.  They kept saying to us we were the answer to their prayers...as a result of our work together they regained all the accounts they had at the wineries.  They had lost them because the big companies brought in cheap...cheap did not clean wine labs properly which have to be clean like medical labs...A

Hmm, I have had some pretty smooth transactions, but I am not certain that any of them were perfect in every aspect.  Even the smooth transactions take a lot of work in order to allow them to be smooth.
