Most of the resale homes currently available in Potomac Shores are the originial Tidewater Design floor-plans that are no longer offered in the new Southern Neighborhoods! Homes such as the John Smith, the Hampton, the Monroe and they MaryPeake,the Pembrook and the Chamberlin are no longer offered by the builder. These homes can be found in the The Cove and Shores neighborhoods.
Another tip is there is no longer a Visitor Center. So there is no way for you the consumer to get a total overview and tour of the community.
