With extensive sales experience and having grown up in a family of REALTORS, real estate was a natural progression and gave an early start for her to blossom into a fantastic real estate guru, a true spark plug, and go getter. Rarely will you find a more spunky, energetic and knowledgeable REALTOR to have on your side.
As a California native, Jackye relocated to Georgia in the mid 90’s to initially attend school but stayed and fell in love with Atlanta and the different styles of architecture available in southern homes and estates that simply do not exist in California. She has found that Atlanta living offers a certain quality of life that can not be easily described in words, but only seen and felt in the charming neighborhoods and suburbs around Atlanta.
Focusing on upwardly mobile professionals, Jackye has created a specialized niche of what she calls, “The Neo-Suburban Upscale Client”. This niche of clientele are those who appreciate and desire, newer and well kept, quiet pocket neighborhoods, throughout the area that are hidden away, yet within minutes to all the area has to offer without the inconvenience of a commute. There are hundreds of these quiet neighborhoods just barely tucked away throughout the metro area. The comments that Jackye hears most often from clients are, “I didn’t even know this was here!” and “I’ve been here my whole life and have never heard of this neighborhood!” Jackye and her team spend close to 10 hours a week searching and finding these neat little neighborhoods to list and showcase to buyers.
Jackye was a featured agent with HGTV for over 4 seasons and brings a fresh approach to sales and entertainment beyond the traditional route of real estate. She has developed multiple real estate courses over the years and trained thousands of agents on the perfecting their selling and marketing techniques. She also has the distinction of being the first agent in Atlanta successfully using the technique of Specific Reverse Real Estate Marketing in gaining prospective buyers for the properties she lists and sells. She developed the technique when she noticed a void in real estate marketing where the buyers who wanted to buy specific property simply weren’t being heard. And found a way for them to raise their hand to be helped into a seller’s home.
In her spare time, Jackye is lover of travel, film and photography. She moderates over 12 real estate related blogs, youtube channels and social media groups with a reach of over 9,000 real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and community groups.
