STOLEN: Cell Phone....& Mr/Ms Thief...You got Plenty of Nuthin !

Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams 414-525-0563 57026-90 Broker

A turned back and ooops....David's I Phone thiefdisappeared....hmmm....Ah yes...Insurance it's a wonderful thing !  Calls made immediately. the phone is now locked, the information stored deleted and whoever thought they got a shiny new I a techie paper weight !

There is nothing that they could do with it...and the converse of that...not much David could do witCell phonehout it !

Insurance is a wonderful thing and there would be no total least not monetarily...Ooooo the aggravation and frustration of losing what feels like your right arm.  It was comforting to know that no information could be calls made to another impersonation of  a Realtor (doubting that would happen or be the motivation). Geared for a trip to T Mobile and a replacement we decided to try one more time with a call to the place where it "went missing' see if anyone had taken it to the lost and found.

Yaaaah ....the thief discovered that the techie paperweight

was indeed useless and did turn it in waiting for us to claim it.

The moral to this story...always, always carry insurance on your Cell phone....the "right arm" you lose...may be your own !

Oh man... that's frustrating. Good thing you moved fast enough to get it locked and it's content deleted. Have a back-up plan and moving into action paid off.

So lucky that the thief didn't just toss it in the trash to be spiteful. So there was a tiny bit of goodness in them I guess.

Glad to hear you got it back!

Sally and David that is not an experience I would want to go through.  I have the "Find iphone" App on my iPhone, so if some one does that and turns it on I can track it down.

I was at a lunch meeting, the investor i was with had his cell phine on the corner of the table. As we ate and talked, a woman walked by and then again, she grabbed his Iphone and walked off. I saw he swipe and asked him what was that, he looked down, phone gone. She headed through the crowded lounge to the side door. He tried to follow. I called the phone and headed right out front and around the side as she walked out phone in hand ringing. Gotcha. Then manager walks out and calls 911 Sally K. & David L. Hanson
