With Trello, you can be as organized with your day as you want. It serves as a checklist. Once you have identified the things that you need to do for the day, just create a checklist and tick the box once you have completed a task. It will show you the percentage of the task you have completed and it will even allow you to share your “board” with other people. This may be basic but a lot of people can always do without the clutter of post its and notes that they tend to misplace. This way, appointments, seminars, open houses and other activities are not forgotten. It will also give you a feeling of satisfaction after seeing that you have already finished all your tasks for the day. The moment you start organizing your day is the moment that you start organizing your life.
The third tool will definitely amaze you – the internet. Yes. The internet. You have the power of virtually unlimited information at your fingertips. The only thing you need to do is, well, use your fingers. Type in the things you need to be updated on. Always be updated about listings and about the market or the industry itself. If you need to email people to get updates, do so. If you need to upload photos to entice customers, make it happen. The idea is, the internet is a very powerful tool. It will allow you to reach out to thousands, if not, millions of people with just a few keystrokes. Agents who put up vacation houses for leasing can reach out to thousands of people halfway around the world. Explore the possibilities.
