You don't see this everyday in our area of Lake Ridge Virginia. We have a homeowner who had reduced their home price less than the tax assessment. Why? They want to relocate plain and simple, it is time.

These folks had a contract on their home earlier this year and the buyers pulled out. Since then the owner neutralized the home more, most of the furniture is gone, the house can be turned over to a new buyer as soon as their loan is processed.

It's listed at a "CRAZY PRICE!" We need a buyer who is looking for a lot of house for the money and one who would love living near the Community Pool and on a cul-de-sac lot.
