Every year here in Prince William County Virginia the spring market is always brisk.
Spring market started early in 2015. The lack on inventory had a lot to do with that as well as the tough winter months that dragged on well into March.
Another reason is we have several military within commuting distance to Woodbridge, Lake Ridge, Montclair, Daile City and Dumfries Virginia. They are The Pentagon, Foor Meyers, The Navy Yard, Fort Belvoir and Marine Base Quantico Virginia.
So we are so blessed in this area to have a strong real estate market.
But Memorial Day Weekend is the traditional beginning of summer. The pools open, people are planning their vacations and most relocating buyers have already completed their house hunt and are now loan processing waiting to move.
