The Cabezon neighborhoods real estate market has seen some changes since the start of the year. The largest change in the Rio Rancho South Region (which contains Cabezon) has been the number of homes for sale. After being consistently between 103 and 121 homes for sale between March 2012 and January 2013, the number of homes for sale has risen to a peak of 148 and a current level of 132. This may indicate a shift to a buyers market and the price per square foot indicates that as well. The price per square foot is at its lowest level in the past 15 months at $85 per square foot. The average sale price has dropped to its lowest level in the past 15 months. If you are looking for a great deal on a home in Rio Rancho, the Cabezon neighborhoods are a great place to look!
