Okay, I'm assuming that the document was sent to one email address for two signers-- if so, I would remind 'the other party' that they certify that they are the signer/have authorization to sign for the signer, and to sign for someone else without permission electronically is just as much a forgery as to sign for someone with ink.

If the document was sent to different email addresses for each party, I would ask the party who's denying signing who else had access to their email, and advise them to contact the authorities to report this forgery. See if they change their story.

They agreed & certified that they were, indeed, the signers - there's nothing you can do about that. It's on them, not you!

Ask them if they would like to contact the law enforcement authorities and press charges.

Most likely they are just looking for a way out of something and really did sign. and once the gravity of the situation is pointed out they will accept responsibility for their actions.

I have no way of proving or disproving that. E-signature requests are sent to separate emails to avoid these kinds of issues. But if someone knows how to log onto another person's email and sign for them, it's not something I can prove.

Each party has their own email, although zipforms allows for multiple parties to have the same email.  With two emails or one email, there is no way to know for sure who signs.

We have receipts with detailed information when it was signed. If the signer shared his passport with someone else, I'm sorry...they did. They also immediately receive 3 emails of confirmation and copy what they signed. So, they are going to tell that their email was hacked and passport to a secure digital site too at the same time?
