    I would like to take this opportunity to thank Lindsay Reagan for her tremendous work in facilitating the relocation of our family from Palm Beach County to the Treasure Coast and to give testimony to her integrity, attitude and ability.
    With her experience and knowledge of the Palm Beach/Treasure Coast market, she was able to provide great insight as to where and what type of property would be available in the Treasure Coast area. Her knowledge about real estate is multi-faceted and her knowledge on the changing market especially when it pertains to foreclosure sales and dealing with government entities was exceptional. After a very short time researching available properties, Lindsay had several property sites for us to visit. This would seem like a very painless process; however, our needs were in flux and we kept changing the specifics of our property requirements. Â Lucky for us, that we selected a realtor who was patient and willing to put our needs above any personal gain. Â She worked diligently throughout the process and was able to get us to the closing table within 30 days. Â
    A master at contract negotiations, her attention to detail saved us a few thousand dollars when she alerted us that the seller was not in compliance with the property management company. She worked expeditiously to get the problem resolved to avoid any delays in closing. Throughout the process, Lindsay kept open the lines of communication and was available to answer any questions day or night.  Her response time via email or text was exceptional and no question was ever trivial. In sum, every tiny detail of the sale was scrutinized and clarified.     It is my pleasure to review Lindsay Reagan regarding her professional Real Estate skills and business practices. Because of Lindsey's patience and determination, I was able to find a home that I wanted to purchase. From day one of our journey Lindsay had set up several property showings and had organized printouts of each property visited for note taking and review. Even when I became disappointed Lindsey assured me that we would find the right property.
