There is an old saying go on vacation or go out of town things will happen. I had this listing for about two weeks and as soon as I had an offer, I was looking for the Landlord. He is pretty good at responding right a way. The day before I was communicating with him that he refinished the floor and do not walk on it for at least a 24 hr period. Next day I had a showing and could not find the Landlord....
Go figure he was out of country, thanks to Internet and Technology we managed to get all the paperwork done. Funny part is there were two people who looked like they would be competing against each other. Turned out all went well, the people who loved the home ended up with it.
I always love it when there are two happy parties, landlord and tenant. Keep in mind this was a win-win for both parties. In case you are wondering this was a three bedroom three bathroom Spanish home north of trendy Melrose Ave.
